Every adoption fee covers spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, flea prevention, deworming, and a complete health checkup by a licensed vet, and a starter package with toys and food for the first week. We also provide basic care guidance to help your kitten settle comfortably into their new home.

Absolutely, you're welcome to see the kitten in person. However, a reservation must be made to secure the kitten because availability is handled on a first-reserved basis. We receive inquiries from several families, so we can't guarantee that a kitten will still be available if someone else places a reservation first.

Yes! Kittens thrive in apartment environments provided they have toys, scratching posts, and safe spaces to play and rest.

We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs! Growing up with a sibling helps kittens burn energy, learn boundaries, and prevents behavioral issues. We offer a discount for pair adoptions.

We offer a 14-day transition period. If for any reason the match isn't right, you can return the kitten to our shelter, and we will safely rehome them.

In most cases, declined payments occur due to:

• If shipping is arranged by us, the remaining balance will be invoiced by email and can be paid securely online. Full payment must be completed no later than 1 day before the scheduled shipping date.
• If you choose in-person pickup, the remaining balance is paid at the meetup date and time.
